Please provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations.  For massages and facials we charge 50% of the session fee for late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and the full session fee for cancellations made 4 hours or less before the appointment.  The fee is charged to the card on file.  Sauna Suite Sessions are prepaid to the card on file; if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice they are not refundable.   You may send a friend or family member in your place to avoid paying the fee.  Thank you for understanding and supporting your local small businesses!

Memberships auto-renew and must be cancelled 30 days prior to the next billing date.  Members cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice can choose to lose their session visit for the cancelled appointment or if rescheduling pay a $50 fee for a 60 minute session or $75 for a 90 minute session rescheduled that week.
