Join Savannah Powers from Ethereal Sound & Wellness at the beautiful Mariposa Spa in downtown Snohomish, for a sound experience designed to help you relax and restore your mind, body, and spirit. You will be fully immersed in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and gongs while you sit or lie peacefully on the floor. The sound bath will focus on relaxation and restoration to guide you into a deeply restful state where your parasympathetic nervous system can be activated. It is in this state of being where healing can begin from the inside-out. We can’t wait to hold space for you.
What to bring:
-Yoga mat (don’t worry if you forget yours we have a few extra on hand)
-A pillow or 2, great for low back support
-A blanket
